Delete account
This page explains how to permanently delete your AutoSuivi account and all personal data, under GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).
How do I delete my account?
Via the AutoSuivi mobile app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap your profile photo (top right) to open your profile.
- Scroll down to the Danger zone section.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- If your account has a password, enter it to confirm.
- Confirm deletion — the action is immediate and irreversible.
Via the auto-suivi.fr website
- Sign in on auto-suivi.fr.
- Click your avatar at the top right, then My profile.
- Scroll to the Danger zone section.
- Click “Delete my account” and confirm by typing SUPPRIMER MON COMPTE and your password.
Can’t access your account?
If you can no longer sign in, email us with the address linked to your account. We will process the request within 30 days.
Deleted data
The following data is permanently deleted when the account is deleted:
- Account details (name, email, password)
- Profile photo
- All saved vehicles
- Servicing history (oil changes, inspections, etc.) and related photos
- Cost history and receipts (photos / PDFs)
- Fuel history
- Issues and issue photos
- Vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.)
- Saved garages
- Notifications
- Session tokens and push notification tokens (FCM)
- Premium subscription (cancelled immediately if active)
Data we keep
The following data is kept for legal reasons:

Kept billing data is anonymised: the email is replaced with “deleted” and personal metadata is erased.
Processing time
Deletion via the app or website is immediate. Physical files on our servers are deleted in the same operation.
For email requests, processing takes up to 30 days from receipt.
