AutoSuivi uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are set:

• Session cookie (PHPSESSID): Authentication and keeping you signed in (exempt from CNIL consent)
• CSRF cookie: Protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks (exempt from consent)
• “Remember me” cookie (remember_me): Optional persistent sign-in (30 days, only if you tick this box when signing in)

You may delete these cookies in your browser settings. Disabling session cookies prevents sign-in to the service. See our Privacy policy for further details.

Liability and warranties

Service availability

AutoSuivi endeavours to keep the site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but cannot guarantee absolute availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

Accuracy of information

AutoSuivi takes all reasonable steps to provide accurate, up-to-date information, including consumption calculations, service alerts and fuel-price data. The user remains responsible for checking and using that information.

Limitation of liability

AutoSuivi cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site, including in the event of:

• Loss of data
• Service interruption
• Viruses or malware
• Errors in calculations or information provided
• Damage to your vehicle following use of information on the site

Hyperlinks

The AutoSuivi site may contain links to external websites. AutoSuivi has no control over those sites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or privacy policies.

Linking to AutoSuivi is permitted provided the publisher is informed in advance and the site’s reputation is not harmed.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments on AutoSuivi are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider (the strictest security standard in the card industry).

The detailed terms of sale for the Premium subscription (price, cancellation, withdrawal, mediation) are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Subscription terms:

• Free plan: Limited to 1 vehicle, 10 services, 15 expenses, 5 documents, 2 garages and 5 faults
• Premium plan: €3.99/month or €35.88/year – unlimited access to all features
• Billing: Monthly or yearly depending on the option chosen
• Renewal: Automatic unless cancelled
• Refunds: 14-day right of withdrawal (see Terms of Sale)

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement, the matter shall be brought before the competent French courts.

Mediation:

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator:

Referral to the mediator is free for the consumer. You may apply online on the CM2C website after first attempting an amicable resolution directly with AutoSuivi (contact@auto-suivi.fr).

Terms of use

Use of the AutoSuivi website implies full acceptance of this legal notice and of the Terms of Use (CGU).

Rules of use:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• Your account is strictly personal and may not be shared
• Any fraudulent use will result in immediate suspension of the account
• Failure to comply with the rules may lead to legal proceedings
