The Premium subscription gives access, for the subscribed period, to all Service features without the Free-plan limits, including: unlimited vehicles, services, expenses, documents, garages and faults; Excel and PDF export; advanced statistics; a professional PDF service booklet; resale sharing (secure link + QR code for buyers).
Feature details are shown on the Pricing page at the time of order. AutoSuivi reserves the right to add or adjust features, without a substantial reduction of those advertised at the time of subscription for the period already paid.
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The micro-entrepreneur is not subject to VAT.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the Pricing page when the order is confirmed. AutoSuivi may change its prices for new subscriptions; the Customer is informed in advance. On renewal, the price in force at the time of renewal applies, subject to prior notice.
Payment is made by card via the secure Stripe platform (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider). AutoSuivi does not store the Customer’s bank details. An invoice or receipt is available via Stripe and/or sent by email after each payment.
To subscribe to Premium, the Customer must:
The order is final only after Stripe confirms payment. A confirmation email may be sent to the address linked to the account.
The Service is digital content provided as SaaS (Software as a Service), available online as soon as payment is confirmed. Premium access is activated automatically on the Customer’s account, usually within a few minutes.
The Customer is responsible for having compatible equipment, an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser. The Service is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). See the legal notice for the host’s details.
The subscription is taken out for the chosen period: one month (monthly plan) or one year (annual plan), from the date payment is confirmed.
Unless cancelled by the Customer, the subscription is tacitly renewed at each due date (monthly or annual) for the same duration, at the price then in force. The Customer is informed of the renewal terms before any subscription.
The Customer may disable automatic renewal at any time from their account (My subscription or My profile). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the Customer keeps Premium access until that date and is not refunded pro rata for the remaining period, except where the right of withdrawal applies (clause 8).
In the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use/Terms of Sale by the Customer (fraud, account sharing, unlawful use), AutoSuivi may suspend or terminate access without refund, after notice where the law so requires.
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from subscription to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
Exception – immediate performance (Article L.221-28)
As the Service is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the Customer may request immediate performance before the withdrawal period expires. By ticking the box provided at checkout, the Customer expressly consents to performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the Service has been fully performed for the subscribed period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal (where it has not been waived or where the law still allows it), the Customer sends a request by email to contact@auto-suivi.fr or by post to the registered office, stating their name, account email and subscription date. contact@auto-suivi.fr
If withdrawal is accepted, AutoSuivi will refund amounts paid within 14 days of notification, using the same payment method as the order, unless the Customer agrees otherwise.
AutoSuivi endeavours to keep the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance and force majeure. No warranty of absolute availability is given.

In any event, AutoSuivi’s liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer for the subscription in force over the last twelve (12) months.
